Keep track of both your DMX Controlled Fixture Type data and your Conventional Fixture Type data.
The DMX Chart offers three spreadsheets for you to keep track of both your DMX Controlled Fixture Type data and your Conventional Fixture Type data.
The DMX Controlled Fixture Types spreadsheet is a place for you to keep track of just your DMX controlled fixture types for all show names within your current chart.
The Fixture Type Schedule is a spreadsheet of BOTH your DMX Controlled Fixture Types and your Conventional Fixture Types listed by position for all show names within your current chart.
The Channel Check spreadsheet is simply used for your channel checks, listing each show name individually with the channel numbers from lowest to highest.
A place for you to keep track of just your DMX Controlled fixture types.
The DMX Controlled Fixture Types spreadsheet is a place for you to keep track of just your DMX Controlled fixture types. It is a user definable spreadsheet.
You can download an XLSX file that you can import into any spreadsheet program you have. You can print a black and white copy of any data fields you have selected, and you can view the spreadsheet in full screen mode.
You can omit any of the columns of data that you do not want to see or you do not wish to print. For instance, if you only wanted to see the Show name, Position, Unit Number, and Physical Address, you can omit the rest of the column headers, then print just the Show name, Position, Unit Number, and Physical Address asnd give it to your crew so they can physically address each of your DMX controlled fixture types.
Above each column header are search fields that will allow you to search the entire spreadsheet. And the columns on the spreadsheet are movable, meaning if you do not like the order of them, you can move the column to where ever you wish.
There is also a customizable field that you can define in The Input Tab's-DMX Controlled Fixture Type data box, that will only be displayed on The DMX Controlled Fixture Types spreadsheet. For example, let's say you want to keep track of your power distro units and what's plugged into them. You can name the customizable field power distro number, and when you go to input, for instance, a VL3500 spot moving light, you can then document what power distro unit number and plug number that moving light draws power from.
The last feature on The DMX Controlled Fixture Type spreadsheet, is viewing either the DMX controlled fixture type in the DMX Controlled Fixture Type Parameters Library by clicking on a fixture type name in the Fixture Type column, or viewing a Custom Scroll String in the Custom Scroll String Library by clicking on the name of the scroll string in the Scroll String column.
